Motion Study: human shape

This project is under development.

Visual research project studying shapes created through human motion, inspired by Marey’s chronophotographies. Using volumetric data from motion capture, multiple sequential frames are aggregated over time creating a three dimensional shape.

This resulting shape can also be animated in real-time, altering the perception of the underlying motion.
